License problem message box can freeze X4 at startup

The license problem message box would pop up at plugin load time if there was a problem with the license. In X4, if the opening screen was enabled this message box would pop up BEHIND that screen causing X4 to freeze. This message box has been removed. Use the 1pt1 installers to fix this issue.
